Private dining at The Royal Yacht runs from a 12-cover wine cellar to a 300-cover ballroom, and at every scale the table is built around you and your guests. The chefs who cook in our restaurants are the same chefs who cook for your evening — a single, considered kitchen, working from Jersey's producers and adjusting the menu line by line until it suits the occasion, the dietary needs and the budget you've set.
A dedicated events coordinator owns the booking from first enquiry to the last toast. Wine matched to course, a private bar for cocktails, a sommelier on the night, a printed menu carrying the guest of honour's name — the detail is yours to shape. We hold dates for seven days without deposit, and every proposal includes a transparent line-by-line costing.

Sirocco
