Starters

Smoked salmon with celeriac remoulade, horseradish crème fraiche and lemon

Spring rolls with slow cooked duck, Asian mushroom and rice noodles, served with sweet plum sauce

Flame-grilled chicken skewers with spicy peanut and coconut sauce

 

Main Courses

Roast rib of beef with roast potatoes, baked onion, Yorkshire pudding and a red wine Jus

Roast leg of lamb with ratatouille, Yorkshire pudding and lamb jus

Salmon with crushed new potatoes, spinach and spiced coconut sauce

Mushroom Risotto with parmesan, mascarpone cheese, pine kernels and rocket

All main courses served with buttered mixed vegetables

 

Desserts

Rice pudding with almonds and spiced apple compote

Chocolate brownie, cashew praline, warm butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream

Selection of local, British and continental cheeses served with tomato chutney, grapes and crackers
