Our steak selection features premium cuts sourced from the renowned Donald Russell, dry-aged to perfection for an intense, savoury depth. From the classic 200g Fillet to our impressive 900g Tomahawk, each steak is cooked to your liking and served with traditional accompaniments—baked onion, vine-ripened tomatoes, and crisp onion rings. For a sharing experience, try our Chateaubriand or Porterhouse.

If you’re more surf than turf…The Grill showcases the best of local seafood with Jersey oysters, Rockefeller scallops, and a Grilled Jersey Lobster that bring the ocean’s freshness to your table. Our Grilled Tuna and Sea Bass options are expertly seasoned with gremolata butter and perfectly charred.

Our signature Wagyu Burger is an indulgent favourite, combining succulent wagyu beef, smoked bacon, and avocado mayo for a burst of flavour. For something unique, try our Mixed Grill featuring lamb chops, sirloin steak, and gammon, accompanied with chips. In November 2022, we expanded our iconic steakhouse, with the addition of The Grill Lounge & Bar – enjoy a sharing steak with friends or classic cocktails at the bar.
