Wander through an elegant array of salads—coleslaw, tomato & cucumber, Mediterranean potato, Greek salad, Asian beef noodle, and more—each bursting with seasonal vibrancy. The charcuterie board elevates the experience with Parma ham, Mortadella, duck rillette, and a variety of cured meats, while the fish & sushi station dazzles with poached salmon, oysters, crab gyozas, prawn cocktail, and delicate sushi (with vegan options available). On the hot front, choose from honey roast turkey, roast rib of beef, loin of pork with crackling, honey-soy glazed duck, plus all the classic trimmings like pigs in blankets, Yorkshire puddings, and thyme roast potatoes.
