Begin your experience with a selection of beautifully crafted starters, from Baked Jersey Scallops with cauliflower and parmesan to Beef Tataki with ponzu, sesame and coriander, Duck Croquettes with orange and chicory, or a lighter option of Grilled King Oyster Mushrooms with romesco, pine nuts and herbs.

For the main course, diners can enjoy a range of refined yet indulgent dishes, including Pan-Roasted Sea Bass with fennel, mussels and saffron, Crispy Tuna Katsu with sesame, ginger and soy, the classic Steak Au Poivre with peppercorn sauce and hand-cut chips, or a comforting Tarragon Gnocchi with wild mushrooms, spinach and truffle cream.

The evening is perfectly finished with a choice of decadent desserts, such as melt-in-the-middle Chocolate Fondant, a Chocolate Indulgence to share, Bailey’s Cheesecake, or a selection of English blue cheese with chutney and crackers.

The Valentine’s menu is priced at £52.50 per person (GST inclusive) and will be available on Friday 13th and Saturday 14th February, with bookings available in The Grill Lounge & Bar.

Start your evening with the rich and creamy Mushroom Parfait with truffle oil and toasted brioche, savour the crispy, flavour-packed Duck Croquettes with an apple puree and dressed leaves, or enjoy a refreshing Heritage Beetroot and Orange Salad with goat’s cheese, toasted seeds and citrus dressing… the perfect introduction of what’s to come.
