Spa Sirene, the luxury spa located within the The Royal Yacht Hotel, is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Spa Manager to support the daily operations of the spa and help lead our talented team to continued success.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate spa professional with strong leadership skills to develop their management career within a thriving luxury spa environment.
About the Role
As Assistant Spa Manager, you will work closely with the Spa Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of Spa Sirene. You will play a key role in supervising the team, maintaining exceptional service standards, and helping to drive both treatment and retail performance. You will also contribute to training, guest experience initiatives, and the overall success and growth of the spa.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Spa Manager in the day-to-day operations of the spa
- Supervise, motivate and support spa therapists and reception staff
- Deliver and maintain exceptional guest service and satisfaction at all times
- Assist with team training and development
- Support marketing initiatives and retail sales performance
- Assist in achieving revenue targets and managing budgets
- Ensure high operational standards across treatments, facilities and guest experience
- Demonstrate strong organisation, reliability and time management
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior spa role within a professional spa environment
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) – an advantage but not essential
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a 5-star customer service approach
- Professional, organised and highly reliable
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required
- Must be eligible to live and work in Jersey (hold a UK passport) and able to commit to a long-term role within the team
