This New Year’s Eve, our stunning first-floor Sirocco restaurant will transform into a dazzling 1920s ballroom — a place where champagne sparkles, music fills the air, and elegance is the order of the evening. With views of St Helier from Sirocco’s exclusive private balcony, it’s the perfect setting to welcome 2026 in unforgettable style.
A Night of Indulgence and Elegance
Your evening begins at 7pm with arrival drinks, setting the tone for what promises to be a spectacular night. Our Black Tie dress code encourages guests to embrace the timeless sophistication of the Roaring 20s — think sharp tuxedos, glamorous gowns, and a touch of vintage sparkle.
Then, take your seat for an exquisite four-course dinner curated by our talented chefs, featuring a menu worthy of the most decadent Gatsby soirée.
Start the night with delicate canapés such as Manchego and truffle gougères and cold ‘Ajo Blanco’ soup with grapes, followed by refined starters like crispy Jersey crab cake or seared beef tataki with habanero, lime, and sesame.
Move through a sumptuous selection of mains — from pan-roasted sea bass with lobster croquette and saffron potato fondant to a perfectly cooked fillet of beef with pommes Anna and red wine sauce. Vegetarian and vegan guests will be delighted by dishes like crispy aubergines with butternut squash velouté and herb salsa.
And, of course, no 1920s celebration would be complete without something sweet — think chocolate mille-feuille with hazelnut praline, a mango choux bun with passionfruit sorbet, or a wedge of English Blue cheese with truffle honey.
