The Airtel-Vodafone Arctic Village

The Airtel-Vodafone Arctic Village will be completely undercover and will feature an array of attractions and entertainment including a 30M x 20M Ice rink, a German eaterie, noodle bar, children’s entertainment, Santa’s grotto and a giant snow globe.

Islanders and visitors will be able to savour various cuisines on offer from the delights of traditional German sausages to the aroma of mulled wine and cider.

The Christmas market will also feature at the village, 14 chalets will offer handmade gifts and crafts, including ceramics, candles, cushions, jewellery and art.  There’ll be plenty to choose from with more than 30 different options over the four week build up to Christmas.

New Year’s Eve party will see a ticketed private party for the whole family There will be a variety of games on the ice rink, ice skating, buffet dinner, music and dancing till late.

Please note it’s free entry to the village. Ice Skate tickets and New Year’s Eve tickets can be purchased on EventBrite.

The village is open every day except Christmas Day. Ice skate sessions finish early on New Year’s Eve in time for the private party. Some evenings the village may be closed due to private functions, currently this includes 30 Nov, 1, 2, 10 Dec.
