We are delighted to have been awarded ‘Jersey’s Leading Hotel 2018’ at the World Travel Awards…

The World Travel Awards serves to acknowledge, reward and celebrate excellence across the global travel and tourism industry. Each year the World Travel Awards acknowledge the world’s best hotels in a multitude of different categories. This year, the 25th World Travel Awards took place in Athens on 30th June 2018 at the Zappeion Megaron Hall.

The Royal Yacht was honoured to be awarded ‘Jersey’s Leading Hotel 2018’. This award is one of many awarded to the hotel this year. It is another reminder of the fantastic hospitality that the hotel offers and a credit to all of our incredible staff who make the hotel as fabulous as it is!

General Manager, Mr. Vieira said “It has been a fantastic year for us, having also won Hotel of the Year at the Jersey Style Awards and receiving a place in the TripAdvisor ‘Hall of Fame’. To win ‘Jersey’s Leading Hotel’ at such a prestigious awards ceremony is an honour. We are a one-stop shop, a mini resort in the centre of St Helier with fantastic facilities, 3 restaurants, 4 bars and an award-winning Spa. However it seems to be the genuine caring and attentiveness of our staff that our guests seem to enjoy most and this award is a credit to them”

TripAdvisor Hall Of Fame

The Royal Yacht has been included in the TripAdvisor ‘Certificate of Excellence Hall of Fame’

This has been awarded to us having received a ‘Certificate of Excellence’ for 5 consecutive years…

The Certificate of Excellence honours hotels that deliver ‘consistently great service across the world’. This designation is presented to approximately 10% of total businesses on TripAdvisor that have consistently achieved great reviews over the past year. We are delighted to have received this award for a number of years and are honoured to have now achieved ‘Hall of Fame’ status. This is a tribute to our hard-working and friendly staff, our delicious food and drink offering and top class facilities.

Earlier this year, we also received a ‘Loved by Guests’ award from Hotels.com, recognising our excellent level of guest services, based on guest reviews and experiences.

Last year, Spa Sirene, picked up the award for ‘Spa & Wellbeing Brand of the Year‘. A well deserved award, in which, the team were immensely proud of. We hope to continue our winning ways at the awards this year.
