‘Loved by Guests’ Award

The Royal Yacht has received a ‘Loved by Guests’ Award from Hotels.com 

We are absolutely delighted to receive this award from Hotels.com for a second year running.

The ‘Loved by Guests’ Awards is an annual awards programme based on genuine guest reviews and experiences registered on the hotels.com online accommodation site. The company celebrates and recognises the hotels that have achieved the best average review rating, determined by over 20 million genuine and trusted reviews from the guests of the hotels.

These awards are awarded exclusively to hotels whose score is equal to or higher than 9 points, to a maximum of 10. This fact alone reveals the exceptional level of quality and excellence of the services and facilities offered by The Royal Yacht to all our customers who visited us during 2018 and that leaves us feeling extremely satisfied.

TripAdvisor Hall Of Fame

The Royal Yacht has been included in the TripAdvisor ‘Certificate of Excellence Hall of Fame’

This has been awarded to us having received a ‘Certificate of Excellence’ for 5 consecutive years…

The Certificate of Excellence honours hotels that deliver ‘consistently great service across the world’. This designation is presented to approximately 10% of total businesses on TripAdvisor that have consistently achieved great reviews over the past year. We are delighted to have received this award for a number of years and are honoured to have now achieved ‘Hall of Fame’ status. This is a tribute to our hard-working and friendly staff, our delicious food and drink offering and top class facilities.

Earlier this year, we also received a ‘Loved by Guests’ award from Hotels.com, recognising our excellent level of guest services, based on guest reviews and experiences.
