New Menu in The Grill

The Grill will be re-opening on Tuesday 27th September with a brand new kitchen and exciting new menu


When asked what his favourite new dishes are, Executive Chef, Inaka Weerasinghe said “we know there is a lot of demands for classics such as Steak au Poivre and Lobster Thermidore so I think our guests will be delighted to see those on the menu. We are also looking forward to introducing more sharing steaks and will be adding some special meat cuts in the near future
Inaka is also a fan of the swordfish – “this is a really lovely grilled fish and I think this will be a popular option on our new menu”
