Dads need some time out too sometimes and what better way to treat him, than a trip to our haven of tranquility, Spa Sirene. Our spa offers a range of mens products and treatments that are sure to leave Dad feeling totally relaxed.

We recommend the ‘Captains Choice‘ which is a bespoke Aromatherapy Associates treatment, designed to provide deep relaxation. It starts with a back scrub to remove dry skin followed by a muscle release massage that melts away tension and knots. The treatment finishes with a relaxing eye treatment and Ayurverdic scalp massage.

Starter

‘Beef tartare, pickled beetroot, truffle, carrot’

Victor says:

“I like this dish because the customer can season the beef to their liking allowing them to personalise the dish to their desired flavour”

 

Main

‘Roast cod fillet, peas, capers, baby gem lettuce, pancetta’

Victor says:

“This is the perfect summer dish, a nice chunky piece of fish with a light but piquant aroma”

 

Dessert

‘Strawberry parfait, toasted marshmallow, white chocolate mousse’

Victor says:

“In season strawberries, this dish has a refreshing and light taste and is perfect if the sun is shining! I would also add a glass of Elysium Black Muscat”

 

Wines

Victor has suggested two wines for your meal…

If you are a lover of white wine, he recommends the ‘ Waterkloof – Circle of Life‘ – a full bodied blend of Sauvignon Blanc & Chenin Blanc. Waterkloof use Biodynamic farming and haven’t used pesticides since 2008, achieving ‘Biodiversity Champion Status’

If you prefer red wine, Victor recommends the light bodied Pinot Noir from Cloudy Bay (New Zealand). He says this wine would be paired perfectly with his chosen starter of beef tartare.
