Poached salmon and dill mayonnaise, rare seared tuna niçoise, traditional smoked salmon, prawn and crab cocktail, salmon and tarragon rillettes, gambas, fish and vegetarian sushi, moules marinières

Salad Station

Greek salad, vegetable couscous salad, pasta salad, rice salad, tomato and basil, potato salad, cucumber, yoghurt and mint, Thai chicken and prawn noodle salad

 

Cold Charcuterie Station

Parma ham, chorizo, salami, smoked ham, and rare oriental beef

Sauces: Mayonnaise, lemon and dill crème fraiche, sweet chilli, soy sauce, Marie rose, French dressing, tartar sauce and English mustard

Roast sirloin of Irish beef, Yorkshire pudding and horseradish cream
Honey roast gammon with apple sauce
