Please note that Spa Sirene will be closed from 02nd January until 15th January (inc.) 2017 for refurbishment.  We apologise for any inconvenience caused to members & guests frequenting the hotel during this period.  

The Hotel will also be undergoing refurbishment, and whilst it does not impact on the operation of the outlets, there will be residential and restaurant area’s closed off at different periods from 02nd January until 15th January (inc).

An evening with Steve Walker

Following on from the success of our first ‘Evening with Steve Walker’, please come and join us on Wednesday 19th October from 6.30pm for an amazing night for food lovers to enjoy.

The evening will allow Sirocco Head Chef, Steve Walker, to showcase some of the island’s natural wonders through the preparation of some truly delicious dishes.

The evening starts with a talk by one of our wonderful suppliers detailing the food experience from the perspective of the island’s growers and suppliers, followed by an illuminating demonstration.

Steve will then get the food journey well and truly underway with a brief introduction to the evening’s menu and the many varied and wonderful ingredients that he will be using in the preparation of the dishes.

Next comes the highlight of the night; it is time to indulge in the exciting and carefully prepared dishes! Menu cards will be provided on the tables.

The night will come to an end with a Q & A session with Steve Walker. He will be available to answer any questions on the evening’s food, or indeed, any other food questions or queries.

Our guest speakers for the evening are Dunn Ross Fisheries in conjunction with Cimandis & Easenmyne.

The ‘Bee  Gees  Experience’ is  a  Tribute  Band  that  was  formed  in  2001  and has successfully performed in Holland, France, Hong Kong and all throughout the UK. They have a show that will make any evening into a great party!
 The Bee Gees Experience re-create the music of the Bee Gees and the band members perform classic harmonies featuring the unforgettable voice of Nick Lester on lead vocals as Barry Gibb.
 The Bee Gees have been around for many years and provided us with some amazing dance music. This  has  given “The  Bee  Gees  Experience” great material to perform,  they  have  also  written  for  other  great  artists and so pay homage  to  other huge 70s  acts  such  Donna  Summer,  Kool  and  the  Gang,
Heatwave, Rose Royce and the Scissor Sisters.
