Job Title: Senior Sous Chef
Reports To: Executive Chef
Department: Kitchen

Role Overview
Act as second-in-command in the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations, team support and food excellence
Duties
- Assist in menu development and implementation
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure productivity
- Oversee food preparation and presentation
- Ensure compliance with all hygiene and health standards

- Team leadership effectiveness
- Quality of dishes and service times
- Staff training and compliance
Experience
Essential
- Proven experience in a senior kitchen role
- Strong leadership and culinary skills
Desirable
- Multi-outlet or hotel kitchen experience
Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent
